Commander's Vision For Warrior Soldiers: All Warrior Soldiers will be highly disciplined, mentally and physically tough, highly skilled, filled with pride, esprit de corps, and exude confidence and competency. Caring for our Soldiers and their Families is the lifeblood of this Infantry Battalion and will allow us to execute our mission when called upon to do so. Our leaders are competent, confident, aggressive and lead by example in everything they do. We will train to a standard, focusing on fundamental combat drills (move tactically, take actions on contact), that will ensure we are prepared to deploy, fight, and win in any military operation across the full spectrum of conflict. We are all Warriors who live with a sense of purpose and dedication to that purpose. We want to be part of the Warrior Team, working together, taking care of each other. We will continue to live up to the heritage of the Warrior Battalion. "Noli Me Tangere -- Fix Bayonets!"
